Inforcer Raises $50 Million to Expand AI-Powered Security Platform for IT Service Providers

Published: 1 August 2026

The market for AI-powered cybersecurity solutions has received a significant new financial boost. British company Inforcer has announced the close of a $50 million Series C funding round, an investment aimed at accelerating the development of its platform for managed service providers (MSPs), according to Tech.eu.

Who backed the round

The round was led by Insight Partners, one of the world's most active technology investors, which joined the company at what is considered a pivotal moment for its international expansion. Existing investors Meritech Capital and Dawn Capital also participated in the funding, a sign that previous backers' confidence in Inforcer's strategy remains strong.

What the Inforcer platform offers

Inforcer is building a unified Managed Extended Detection and Response (MXDR) platform, designed specifically to address the increasingly complex needs of MSPs. These companies, responsible for managing IT infrastructure for dozens or even hundreds of clients at once, face constant pressure to detect cyber threats quickly and respond effectively to incidents — often with limited staff.

By embedding artificial intelligence into detection and response processes, Inforcer aims to automate a substantial share of security analysts' work, cutting the time needed to identify attacks and reducing the risk of human error. This approach is becoming increasingly relevant as cyberattacks grow more sophisticated and the volume of data generated by IT systems continues to expand exponentially.

A signal for Europe's AI cybersecurity market

The substantial funding secured by Inforcer confirms a broader trend seen in recent years: venture capital investors are channeling growing sums into European companies that combine cybersecurity with artificial intelligence technologies. For the MSP sector in particular, such solutions are becoming essential, given competitive pressures and increasingly strict data protection regulations.

According to available information, the fresh capital will be used to expand the team, develop the product further, and strengthen the company's presence in international markets, at a time when demand for automated security solutions continues to grow rapidly worldwide.
